The location was perfect! It was easy to get there from the station. I found a mall up the road that is conveniently right next to the station too. There were many nearby facilities and eateries.
The room was quite small. I almost felt a bit claustrophobic.

The staff were helpful. Paul and Lizzy really stood out! They showed respect and assisted with questions about the area. The hotel's location near the Ringbahn and Trade Fair Grounds is very convenient for getting around.

I got a room with a fairly large balcony. It made the evenings very relaxing. housekeeping came daily, made the bed, and provided fresh towels. the tv connected easily, and i enjoyed a movie night, the lighting was modern and created a cozy ambience. i found free lockers for luggage storage on the last day and checkout was quick.
the lack of a wardrobe or furniture in the room meant keeping everything in my suitcase, a bit inconvenient

The room had blackout curtains. This was helpful. it included all necessary amenities. daily cleaning occurred. i noticed a sign encouraging guests to hang it on the door if they want to sleep longer, to signal that they wanted privacy.

the hotel is close to a central station, this gives very easy access to transportation around the area. many independent shops can be found nearby. i also noticed a commercial centre not far away, which was to be well equipped.

I saw that breakfast was available at the hotel, though i didn't check the prices. i tried a turkish restaurant at the corner. Their food was delicious. the prices were reasonable. they had a varied menu there.

i appreciated the hotel's cool style, especially the lounge area, it was awesome. the rooms were spacious and provided what we needed. the hotel location is beneficial as the transport to the airport is very good, it made my travels easy. the staff were friendly and helpful, they all spoke english so communication wasn't a problem.
the soap dispenser in my room was inoperative but not empty. i notified the front desk on the second day, the issue remained unaddressed until the fifth night. eventually, i bought shampoo and body soap from a supermarket, it was a little annoying

the hotel is near a major train station, so access to the city with a city pass was easy. a metro station is close to the hotel and it provided convenient access to various parts of the city. there are also many electrical scooters for rent nearby.

breakfast had good variety, i could eat fresh fruit. the breakfast service includes a delicious coffee, it's very nice. a lot of restaurants and other food places are nearby the hotel
